Product Engineer
(Haifa, Israel)
Reports To: Operation Manager
Primary function:
Responsibility for characterization and transfer to production, including:
Development of HW and SW environment for characterization, qualification and mass production testing
Implementation of characterization and production testing, based on top-of-range equipment and techniques
Coordination between various wafer manufacturers, assembly houses and test companies, as well as interaction with design, business and manufacturing units of the company
Yield and quality monitoring and improvement:
Process control
Enhancement of device robustness
Improvement of manufacturing and test procedures
Device cost reduction
Education and Experience:
BSEE/BSC
Relevant experience of 1-3 years in product / test engineering.
Experience in the following areas is of advantage:
manufacturing process, failure analysis, qualification, VLSI design.
Good verbal and communication skills on Hebrew and English.
