Quality & Reliability Engineer
(Haifa, Israel)
Reports To: Operation Manager
Primary Function:
Develop and implement plans and procedures for device qualification using advanced test equipment
Develop and implement Design-For-Reliability methodology
Maintain the entire return material flow (analysis, improvement, reporting)
Support the chip design team validating new design technologies
Education and Experience:
A BSC in Material Engineering is mandatory
An Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory
At Least 3 years of Quality and Reliability experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in accelerated testing, reliability modeling, and failure mechanisms
Familiarity with Reliability Engineering methods and practices such as, Highly Accelerated Stress Life Testing, ESD
Knowledge of relevant international standards (ISO, JEDEC, MIL, etc.)
Experience in product/test engineering is an advantage
Knowledge in Failure Analysis is an advantage
