Quality & Reliability Engineer

Haifa, Israel - Hardware/VLSI Engineering

Reports To: Q&R Team Leader

Primary function:

  • Development and implementation of product qualification plans and procedures, through usage of advanced test equipment
  • Development and implementation of Design-For-Reliability methodologies
  • Support chip design team in validation of new design technologies
     

    Education and Experience:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or Material Engineering. (M.Sc. is an advantage )
  • At least 3 years of Quality and Reliability experience in the semiconductor industry , specifically in accelerated testing, reliability modeling, failure mechanisms
  • Familiarity with Reliability Engineering methods and practices such as highly accelerated testing. Stress Life Testing, ESD…
  • Knowledge of relevant international standards (ISO, JEDEC, MIL, etc.)
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Advanced Degree in silicon reliability – an advantage
  • Experience in product/test engineering - an advantage
  • Knowledge in Failure Analysis - an advantage
