SupraHD is a family of highly-integrated single IC HDTV solutions that are intended to meet the requirements for Digital Television receivers targeted at the integrated digital TV receiver market (Terrestrial ATSC) and the unidirectional integrated Digital Cable Ready Market (OpenCable).

SupraHD integrates an industry-standard 32-bit MIPS CPU [1], high-performance MP@HL MPEG2 decoder, CableCARD Interface, HDMI receiver, LVDS and 1394 interfaces, NTSC/PAL Decoder, NTSC/PAL Encoder and standard DTV I/O functionality into a single package.

SupraHD is perfect for Television designs that require high quality, high-definition support and low system cost.

SupraHD Integrates the HDMI, LVDS,1394, NTSC/PAL Decoder and CableCARD interfaces into one package, allowing television systems to be designed with a minimum of external circuitry, lowering the overall system cost and reducing development time.

Software Compatibility

The SupraHD IC software API-compatible with the industry proven Zoran Generation 9™ family of products allowing current Zoran DTV customers to leverage their existing software development to get their designs completed faster and in production sooner.
