Reports To: A&A manager

Primary Function:

• Development of high quality algorithms for the Digital Camera Market
• Definition of HW architecture of Image Processing units
• Definition of an algorithmic system using HW and SW
• Fields of work:
  • State of the art Image Processing (e.g. Blur Correction, Dynamic Range Compression, Face Detection and Recognition, Audio Signal Processing)
  • HW Definition for VLSI (Architecture, definition, solving the algorithmic question)
  • System Flow definition (architecture of a complete solution – HW and SW, memory considerations, CPU and Bandwidth)
     

    Education and Experience:

• M.SC EE or higher (or excellent B.Sc.)
• Experience in C and C++
• Knowledge in Matlab
• Self sufficient, with good learning abilities
• Experience in Architecture and knowledge in Logic Design – an advantage
• Hands-on SW experience - an advantage
